Dr. Melissa Shays is a Naturopathic Doctor, licensed Acupuncturist, and healthcare writer. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. In addition, she has been a Certified Sports Nutritionist and completed the Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Medical Education—Effective Writing for Health Care program.
